1. Acceptance & eligibility
This agreement is between you and CD4CD · Dal Holding. By using the platform you confirm you are 18+ (or have parental consent) and are legally authorized to bind yourself or your business.
2. Your account
- You are responsible for your password and everything done under your account. Enable 2FA from
/dashboard/settings. - One account per person. Teams use the Business plan to add members.
- Account info must be accurate and current.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use CD4CD for:
- Phishing, malware, or any content that deceives users.
- Content unlawful under Saudi or your local jurisdiction.
- Adult content, gambling, prohibited products (drugs, weapons).
- Spam — sending your links to people who did not consent.
- Impersonating brands you do not own.
- Attempting to breach the platform, bypass rate-limits, or exploit vulnerabilities without responsible disclosure.
We reserve the right to suspend any link or account violating these rules immediately, without notice.
4. Your content & responsibility
Everything you add (links, QR, Bio page, images) remains yours. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, copy, and display it on our platform — solely as needed to run the service. The license ends when you delete your content or account.
You are fully responsible for the legality of what you share.
5. Subscription & payment
- Free plan is free forever, no card, no expiry.
- Pro and Business are billed monthly in advance via Moyasar (Mada, Visa, Mastercard, STC Pay, Apple Pay).
- Renewal is automatic. Cancel any time from
/dashboard/billing— your plan stays active until the paid period ends. - Prices are in Saudi Riyal and include 15% VAT for KSA customers.
6. Refunds & cancellation
First Pro trial is free for 14 days — no charge. After that, monthly subscriptions are non-refundable on a pro-rated basis, but you may cancel immediately to stop the next renewal.
Annual Business plans are pro-rata refundable in the first 30 days.
7. Intellectual property
The CD4CD name, logo, mark, platform design, and source code belong to CD4CD · Dal Holding. Do not use them without written permission.
Your content remains yours (see §4).
8. API & rate limits
- Free: 60 req/min, 10,000 req/month.
- Pro: 600 req/min, 100,000 req/month.
- Business: negotiable.
Exceeding limits returns 429 Too Many Requests. Deliberate abuse may suspend the account.
9. Termination
You may close your account anytime. We may terminate your account if:
- You breach the Acceptable Use section.
- Payment is more than 14 days overdue.
- Your account creates a clear legal or security risk to us or our users.
10. Warranty disclaimer
The service is provided "as is". We target 99.99% uptime on Business and 99.9% on other plans. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes.
11. Liability limits
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our cumulative liability is capped at the amount paid to us in the last 12 months, or 500 SAR, whichever is higher. We exclude indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages.
12. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes go to competent courts in Riyadh.
