- utm_source: the platform (twitter, tiktok, snap).
- utm_medium: the channel type (social, email, paid).
- utm_campaign: the campaign (spring-sale-2026).
- utm_content: creative variant inside the same campaign (a, b, hero, banner).

Avoid these mistakes
- Don't mix casing (
Twitter≠twitter). - No spaces. Use
-only. - Never put personal info in UTM — it leaks to third-party analytics.
